While our competitors will focus on the bottom line, we focus on delivering you a quality steel building design that will make you proud and happy for decades to come. We can help design your building to stand out from the crowd. Because we have the capability to design and manufacture our buildings in house we are able to quickly and effectively design unique metal building designs. You do not have to have a box building! We have designed metal buildings with unique cut corner crossings and multi-step up roofs. Whether you want unique accent band to draw attention to your company logo, or have a unique blend of accents, parapets, drop-down mansards and much more, we have the capability to design you a unique building that will stand out from the rest.

Aesthetics aside, our metal building designs are more importantly focused upon functionality. Whether you are a company that needs massive storage space and overhead cranes, a farmer that needs to protect and maintenance your equipment, or just a pilot who needs an aircraft hangars with a large hydraulic swinging door; we have done it all and have made thousands of clients functional buildings that meet and exceed their needs.

Step 1:

The first step to proper steel building design is to understand the intended application of the building; whether you are using it for personal use, a workshop, a storage facility or any other possible application, having a proper understanding of your building's application is fundamental to creating a steel building design that will allow for full utilization of the building and increase your ROI (return on investment). We do our best to design a metal building that is both structurally strong and efficient. To increase energy savings we have multiple approaches including thick insulation and solar reflective paint for external panels.

Step 2:

After the initial scope and application definition of the steel building has been established it is important to discuss the aesthetic requirements of your intended building. Physical attributes such as accent bands, step-up roofing, roof slope, panel type, parapets and other add-ons should be discussed. Panel colors and accent colors to help bring your building to life and or match a corporate color scheme are also chosen at this step. Uni-Bilt Systems Inc. offers a diverse selection of quality metal panel colors to choose from. Click here to view our color chart and panel profiles.

Step 3:

Before your building begins to be fabricated we review with you in detail the blueprints of the metal building, the color scheme and any accessories / add-ons. After you approve our engineer will look over the blueprints and seal them for permitting. At that point we will begin fabricating your Uni-Bilt metal building. While these three steps may at first seem like a lot, our 30 year experience has taught us the most efficient and comprehensive process that will make you comfortable, kept in the loop and allow you full control through out the design process. Depending upon complexity and how fast our clients respond we have designed and moved a building to fabrication in less than a few days. No other company has a more comprehensive and streamlined process that gives you such control throughout the design process.
